1.1. Restoring Favorites in Outlook

Occasionally, when you launch Outlook, the Favorites you have created may disappear. Why does this happen? Well, your guess is as good as mine and may be more than Microsoft knows. But how do you fix it? Here's how:

Click Start
Select Run (if Run is not available, then it will need to be added in the Properties for your Task Bar)
Type: "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office14\outlook.exe" /resetnavpane
***(check the location of your outlook.exe first)
